On vacation with the AeroPress Go

Holidays without bad coffee – here's how:

1. Plan the amount of your Colombian coffee carefully
If you are traveling with hand luggage and cannot take a coffee grinder with you, we recommend:

  • Order your coffee ground from Garza Coffee before your vacation

  • Allow approx. 11-15 g per cup

  • For a week with 2 cups per day: take about 210–240 g of coffee with you

Recipe: Two cups of Café de Colombia with the AeroPress Go (inverted method)

Ingredients:

  • 23 g Garza Coffee – Café de Colombia (medium grind)

  • 200–220 ml water at 90–93 °C

  • AeroPress Go

  • Filter (paper or metal)

Preparation:

  1. Set up the AeroPress upside down (plunger down).

2. Pour the coffee into the chamber.

3. Pour in 100 ml of water and stir for 30 seconds.

4. Add another 100–120 ml of water.

5. Moisten the filter with hot water and screw on the filter cap, then let it steep for 1 minute.

6. Turn the AeroPress over and press slowly over the cup.

7. Optional: Extend with a little hot water (like an Americano).
