Woman Coffee

The coffee from the El Desarrollo cooperative comes from Huila, a region in Colombia where 51 women-owned farms join forces to create a blend of three coffee varieties: Caturra and Castillo . In an industry where a large proportion of the players are men, I wanted to pay special attention to projects like this.

When preparing cappuccino, its almond and vanilla notes emerge in a very pleasant and delicate way. To unfold the floral and fruity notes, it's best prepared as a filter coffee.
