Co-fermented coffee with apricot: Finca La Sirena is located in the Quindío Department, near its capital Armenia, at an altitude of 1420 meters. The region is known for its nutrient-rich soils and exceptionally high-quality coffee. Here, Geraldine and Juan David founded their Sens Coffee project , where they produce co-fermented coffees with various fruits. We've fermented a Castillo with apricot using osmotic dehydration . The taste and aroma of fresh apricot in this coffee are simply delicious.

This coffee is perfect for filter coffee.

In osmotic dehydration, glucose is combined with a natural fruit extract. The glucose binds the free water in the coffee, thus penetrating the bean and replacing the water molecules with the fruit-infused sugar. This process imparts aromas to the coffee that are not naturally present. Only natural ingredients are used.
