Where does this coffee come from?
This Pink Bourbon comes from the Finca Belén in the department of Quindío. The farm specializes mainly in growing oranges, but in one of the plots near the house, in the shade of other trees, they cultivate a high-quality Pink Bourbon. The carefully harvested cherries are fermented at a controlled temperature for 64 hours. The result is a coffee of floral-fruity elegance with notes of tamarind, pomegranate and rosé wine. This coffee is perfect for filter coffee.
