What's inside?
Honey Castillo – From Finca Bellavista, Colombia. In the Honey Process, part of the fruit pulp remains on the bean – this gives the coffee its honey sweetness and soft texture. As an espresso: round and accessible.
Woman Huila – From the El Desarrollo cooperative in Huila, 51 women coffee farmers. Classically washed: clean, clear, with almond and vanilla. The reference point in the set – the "baseline" against which you measure the other two.
Brasil Blend – Natural from Cerrado Mogiana, Brazil. The cherries dry with the fruit pulp – this brings body, chocolate, and low acidity. The most classic espresso in the set.
