Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime directly from your customer account — no contract, no minimum term.
What's the difference between Stammkaffee and the Curated Abos?
With the Stammkaffee Abo you choose one specific coffee yourself and receive it regularly, with 10% off every delivery. With the Curated Abos (Filterkaffee Abo / Espresso Abo) we pick a different coffee from our range each month — ideal if you like discovering new ones.
How does pickup at Boxhagener Platz work?
Choose "Pickup at Boxhagener Platz" at checkout. No shipping fee, and you pick up your coffee at our stand every Saturday between 8 AM and 4 PM. Soon also at the Werkverkauf in Alt-Treptow.
When is the coffee roasted and shipped?
We roast on Mondays. Each coffee gets at least six days of degassing before shipping, so you receive it fresh and ready to brew. Shipping confirmation with tracking comes by email.
