We roast on Mondays. For standard delivery within Germany, order by Tuesday afternoon to ship that same week (Thursday-Friday). For EU, allow 7-10 working days. For Christmas, Mother's Day or Father's Day, we recommend ordering at least 7 days before the date to be safe.
