Nariño Blend
In the high-altitude regions of Nariño, Colombia, dedicated smallholder farmers cultivate Arabica coffee of exceptional quality. The combination of volcanic soils, an ideal microclimate, and traditional knowledge provides perfect conditions for cultivation.
This blend undergoes a specially developed processing protocol: After a 24-hour fermentation in the cherry, the coffee is depulped and fermented in tanks for five days – with daily water changes to ensure a clear flavor profile. It is then washed and left to dry.
Depending on the farm, drying takes place in sun tunnels or on raised drying beds. Only during heavy rains is the coffee dried together in a silo.
